Grade 1 English Tutor – In-Person Krugersdorp (Ruimsig)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced tutor to provide individualized instruction to a Grade 1 student in English, focusing on improving writing and reading skills.
Location: Krugersdorp (Ruimsig)
Grade Level: Grade 1
Job Type: Part-time
Subject:
- English (CAPS/IEB)
Session Details:
- 12 Sessions per month
- Days and Time: Mondays to Wednesdays, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person tutoring to a Grade 1 student in English
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve writing and reading skills
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
Requirements:
- Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in Education or related field
- Strong knowledge of CAPS/IEB English curriculum for Grade 1
- Experience teaching or tutoring Grade 1 students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Start Date: 1st August
