Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students in Grade 1-12
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve students’ understanding and grades
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and teachers to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in Education or related field
• Strong knowledge of CAPS (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement) curriculum
• Experience teaching or tutoring students in Grade 1-12
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Education or related field
• Teaching experience at primary or high school level
• Familiarity with IEB (Independent Examinations Board) curriculum

Working Details:

• Duration: Ongoing, with regular assessments and feedback
