Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced tutor to provide individualized instruction to a Grade 1 IEB student in English, focusing on teaching alphabets, spellings, and basic word reading. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.

Session Details:

• Basic Package
• Saturday mornings
• Time: 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person tutoring to a Grade 1 IEB student in English
• Teach alphabets, spellings, and basic word reading
• Create engaging and interactive lessons
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with the student and parents to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in early childhood education or related field
• Experience teaching or tutoring Grade 1 students in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
