Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced tutor to provide individualized instruction to a Grade 8 IEB student in Afrikaans, Math, EMS (Accounting and Business Studies), and Robotics. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in these subjects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to individual students’ needs.

Session Details:

• Advanced Package
• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• Time: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person tutoring to a Grade 8 IEB student in Afrikaans, Math, EMS (Accounting and Business Studies), and Robotics
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve the student’s understanding and grades
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with the student and parents to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in relevant subjects
• Strong knowledge of Grade 8 IEB curriculum and assessment standards
• Experience teaching or tutoring Grade 8 IEB students in these subjects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
