Responsibilities:

• Provide online tutoring to students in Grade 7-12
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve students’ understanding and grades
• Create a supportive and encouraging online learning environment
• Set and achieve goals with students, monitoring progress and adjusting tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in Mathematics, Sciences, or related field
• Strong knowledge of IEB and CAPS curricula
• Experience teaching Mathematics and Sciences to high school students
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
• Reliable internet connection and necessary technical equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Sciences, or related field
• Teaching experience at high school level
• Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and tools
