Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced tutor to provide individualized instruction to a Pre-Grade 1 student in motor skills development and concentration improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to individual students’ needs..

Location: Dispatch, Eastern Cape

Grade Level: Preparing for Grade 1

Job Type: On-going

Session Details:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons
• Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Advanced Package (12 sessions/month)

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person tutoring to a Pre-Grade 1 student in motor skills development and concentration improvement
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve the student’s motor skills and concentration
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with the student and parents to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in early childhood education or related field
• Experience teaching or tutoring Pre-Grade 1 students in motor skills development and concentration improvement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
