Grade 9 CAPS Maths Tutor – In-Person, Daveyton
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced tutor to provide individualized instruction to a Grade 9 CAPS student in Maths. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Maths, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to individual students’ needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-person tutoring to a Grade 9 CAPS student in Maths

Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve the student’s understanding and grades

Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment

Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed

Communicate regularly with the student and parents to provide feedback and updates
Requirements:
-
Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in Maths or related field
-
Strong knowledge of Grade 9 CAPS Maths curriculum and assessment standards

Experience teaching or tutoring Grade 9 students in Maths

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
