Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced tutor to provide individualized instruction to a Cambridge AS Level student in Mathematics. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Mathematics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to individual students’ needs.

Session Details:

• In-person tutoring
• Once a week (Mondays)
• Time: 10am – 11am

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person tutoring to a Grade 12 Cambridge AS Level student in Mathematics
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve the student’s understanding and grades
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with the student and parents to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in Mathematics or related field
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge AS Level Mathematics curriculum and assessment standards
• Experience teaching or tutoring Cambridge AS Level students in Mathematics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
