• In-person tutoring (house calls)
• Tuesdays, 16:00pm – 17:00pm
• Starts on 18 February

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person tutoring to a Grade 2 CAPS student in English
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve the student’s understanding and grades
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring approach as needed
• Communicate regularly with the student and parents to provide feedback and updates

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications (degree or diploma) in English or related field
• Strong knowledge of Grade 2 CAPS English curriculum and assessment standards
• Experience teaching or tutoring Grade 2 CAPS students in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students’ needs
