Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services Agent to join our team. As a Customer Services Agent, you will be responsible for responding to WhatsApp queries, emails, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to WhatsApp queries, emails, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, students, and tutors
  • Resolve queries and concerns in a efficient and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

  • Matriculation certificate –  Just out of school
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: isiZulu, isiXhosa, Sepedi, Setswana
  • Excellent communication,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Well-mannered and articulate, with the ability to respond to customers in a professional manner
