Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services Agent to join our team. As a Customer Services Agent, you will be responsible for responding to WhatsApp queries, emails, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to WhatsApp queries, emails, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to parents, students, and tutors
- Resolve queries and concerns in a efficient and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
- Matriculation certificate – Just out of school
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: isiZulu, isiXhosa, Sepedi, Setswana
- Excellent communication,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Well-mannered and articulate, with the ability to respond to customers in a professional manner
